Our FR 1516 fixed hammer mill allows for easier separation of the various materials processed, thanks to the integration of:

  • a “zig-zag” system;
  • an innovative mechanism for extracting impurities.

The resulting shredded scrap metal (Proler) is of the highest quality, ready to be reused.

SPECIFICATIONS OF THE FR 1516

Equipped with a 960 kW (1300 HP) motor, the FR 1516 model ensures production continuity, and the inlet opening, measuring 1600 x 600 mm, allows you to handle materials of large sizes.

In terms of production, this plant processes between 14 and 30 tonnes of iron per hour and between 8 and 20 tonnes of aluminium, ensuring an uninterrupted and regular flow of product.
