METAL WORK

For more than 50 years Parfer Siti have been creating medium-heavy carbon steel electro welded structures both for their own plants and for third parties up to a maximum capacity of 80 tonnes for each individual item. We are a significant Italian company which operates in a variety of industries from the components of machines for sheet metal processing to the steel sector, from installations for scrap processing to the paper making sector also various mechanical presses and many more. Construction quality is guaranteed by the high level of design and development and our many years of experience with CAD-CAM and structural analysis FEM. Non destructive tests are carried out internally by our certified personnel. .

MACHINING

Parfer Siti offers its customer the possibility of having finished parts machined. The Machine Tools department allows Parfer Siti to work structures with dimensions up to 10000 x 3500 mm guaranteeing high quality standards thanks to the use of CNC controls. Parfer Siti uses a reputable and widely used programming system which enables customers to interface directly using cutting edge internal control systems. All measuring instruments are subject to periodic reviews and their calibration is carried out by specialised companies. Parfer Siti is now an important point of reference for many companies operating in the metal work engineering sector.

OXYGEN CUTTING

Active in the steel industry, Parfer Siti also specialises in carbon steel sheet metal cutting using oxy-acetylene flame. The use of pantographs with CNC numerical control, CAM programming systems with nexting function used for the optimisation of waste and precision cutting enable the company to achieve excellent results both from a production and quality point of view. The installed pantographs have a working area of 5 x 25m and can oxygen cut sheets up to 800mm thick. The pieces can then be straightened using a flattening press with 1000 tonnes of power.
